We developed the passion points system for several
reasons. One was to show appreciation and loyalty toward
our
valued members by rewarding them point redemption for
offline travel packages, gifts, and romantic dinners
for two. The system helps members build a reputation
among other members. If you maintain a high ranking,
other members will recognize you as someone they would
also like to know. In addition, the passion points
system
brings an additional level of fun to your communications
on our site. It's our way of allowing
members to earn romance status through our digital
compliment system. Consider it the perfect way to cyber
flirt!
Q. Can I redeem passion points that I purchase?
Will my purchased points help me build up a better
ranking?
A. No, you cannot use your purchased
points for prize redemption. Passion points which
are purchased and received are tabulated separately.
Only points which are received from another member
are redeemable or used to determine your ranking.
Q. Can I redeem my passion points for cash?
Can I sell them to other members?
A. No. Your passion points have
no cash value and cannot be traded for cash either
through
us or directly with other members. Any
member found to be misusing the passion points distribution
system for personal gain will have their passion
points
revoked and membership deactivated.
Q. How can I see my passion point ranking?
A. Your ranking is displayed on your
member profile and in your account management profile.
Q. How many passion points did I receive
with my membership?
A. The number of passion points you
received depends on the level of membership you opted
for. No points are given for free memberships, however,
you may purchase quantities. For gold memberships,
you receive 100 passion points for the initial month
you started. For platinum memberships, you receive
100 passion points for every month you remain a member.
Q. I received passion points from another
member, what do I do?
A. You don’t have to do anything.
The points will automatically be added to your existing
account. However, you may want to at least say “thank
you” to the member who thought enough of you
to part with some of his or her valuable points.
Q. I can’t seem to redeem my passion
points. What’s the problem?
A. There are a number of possible
problems. You may want to make sure you have enough
received passion points to purchase the desired item.
If you do have enough points, the item may not be
available or there may be a problem with the server.

Hence Passion Points accumulated will be stored in
each member’s profile til our mall is ready

Q. I’m unable to award my points. What’s
the problem?
A. There are a number of possible
problems. You may not have enough purchased points
to award the number you entered. You also may not
be entering a valid username. Double check both
of
these possibilities. If the problem persists, contact
us.
